A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME


After experiencing a heart attack at age 51, I turned to yoga and learned first hand the healing benefits of yoga and how it helps to manage stress. 

I'm passionate about sharing what I have learned since then and helping others to heal body, mind and spirit.

I am a 500-RYT from Integral Yoga Institute and my training has focused on Chair, Restorative, Gentle, Stress Management and Yoga Nidra practices

As an animal-lover, I run my own mobile dog grooming service and foster senior dogs for rescues. I also enjoy nature with regular hikes and trips to the beach, and striving to be the best human I can be.
