Have a Seat -- Online chair yoga via Zoom

Online chair yoga via Zoom Sundays 730pm-830pm EST

Live yoga instruction from the comfort of home. Great for all levels of students. Sometimes you just need to "have a seat" and let the mind and body settle into your practice. Practice will be both chair and on the mat but can be done entirely seated.

End your week with some strength building, balance work and gentle stretching then finish with deep relaxation either seated or on the mat.

Upon signing up you will be emailed a zoom link and password.
