Candlelight Restorative Yoga ~~ Spring Equinox

Wonder how heavenly a whole yoga class of savasana would be? Wonder no more!

Restorative yoga, what I call "Cozy Yoga" seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the least effort and with the use of props, like bolsters, blankets, and blocks.
It provides gentle healing to the body and mind.

Move into spring with an emotional reset. Embrace a slower pace, spend intentional time unwinding, and welcome the new season feeling grounded and renewed. This special evening will be gentle, nourishing, and deeply calming.

What to expect: You will be guided to move into different passive poses on the floor while being supported and comforted by different props. I will help you to get into the most comfortable positions with the least effort.

What to bring: Dress comfortable, even in your pajamas! Bring socks, your favorite fuzzy blanket, an eye mask or even gloves if you tend to have cold hands.

We will also have a meditative sampling of tea and chocolate at the end of class.

Bring a friend or bring your spouse to share in the deep relaxation, calm and healing that only Restorative yoga can offer.

You must pre-register. Due to space limitations we can not have drop ins unless approved before hand.
